After some really crazy travel we find the jewel of India. Offshore perfect waves all day and no surfer for hundreds of miles.

Rasta surfed himself into a mess. He surfed so much he looks like a deadman walking.

    4. Nice shots T! Getting to this spot was such an adventure.

It was great to finally see Rasta in his element, on fire — as well as you and dhump, with an array of great angles to choose from and a perfect subject.

Can’t wait to see your footage & Dustin’s shots, and to read what Nate writes about that memorable trip.

    6. Gov-thanks for all your help on the trip. That was one of the best trips i have ever done. See you back there soon.

    7. No idea…. we were the second surfers to surf it. The first only a week before.

    8. sorry we all promised each other to burn the map.

    9. Hi Guys. Its nice to see that everyone is honoring the code of secrecy as promised. We decided to name the spot “Satya’s” after my 16 year old brother who was the first surfer to ride this wave on a double overhead day. The second wave, just a little south of Satya’s we decided to name “Rasta’s” in honor of Dave Rastovich who was the first ever surfer/pro-surfer to ride that wave [barrel after barrel]. Last week the sets were ten feet plus and pumping all day with nice off shore winds. Looking forward to surfing with you all again at our secret spot. Hope to see you soon.

    10. Hi there,

    12. jnana-
i’m going to south india in february and will probably visit Kerala. Can I expect to get some waves this time of year and could make any suggestions. I’ve got some flexiblity and can really visit any coastal area.

    13. february isnt really known for waves, monsoon season is when the waves are good in india and that is may thru august.
